Mason Blake Ramsey, born on November 16, 2006, in Golconda, Illinois, is an American country singer and voice actor. Raised by his grandparents from just three weeks old, Ramsey was immersed in classic country music from an early age, particularly the works of Hank Williams. By the age of four, he was already performing at local venues, including a notable performance for country artist Josh Turner at the Carson Center. His early exposure to music and performance laid the foundation for his future career. 

🎶 Rise to Fame

Ramsey's ascent to fame began in March 2018 when a video of him yodeling Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues" in a Walmart store in Harrisburg, Illinois, went viral. The video garnered over 25 million views, catapulting him into the national spotlight. This sudden fame led to appearances on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," performances at Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, and an invitation to perform at the Grand Ole Opry—a lifelong dream for the young artist. 

📀 Musical Career and Discography

Following his viral success, Ramsey signed with Atlantic Records and Big Loud Records. His debut single, "Famous," released in 2018, reached number 62 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 4 on the Hot Country Songs chart. He released his debut EP, "Famous," in July 2018, followed by "Twang" in 2019. In 2024, he released his first full-length album, "I'll See You In My Dreams," a 14-track collection co-written with producer Dan Fernandez. The album showcases a blend of classic country, R&B, rock and roll, and pop influences, reflecting Ramsey's musical maturity.

Ramsey has embarked on several tours, including the "Falls Into Place Tour" in 2024 and the "Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Presents: Mason Ramsey" in 2025. In addition to his solo work, Ramsey has collaborated with various artists. He also lent his voice to the character Oliver in "The Angry Birds Movie 2" in 2019.

His hobbies include working on his truck and spending time with his pet horse, Arthur Morgan, named after a character from the video game "Red Dead Redemption."
